OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I actually added pieces of Red Onion to this dish, but other wise I followed it exact and was wonderfully impressed! My husband and neighbor can't stop talking about it and have already made a request for more! THANKS!!!

We loved this. Added halved mushrooms and sliced onions to the skewers. Really wonderful.

This has been a family favorite for years! We first made this on the 4th of July in 1999, when it first came out in the magazine, and now it's become a family tradition! I was thrilled to see it made it to this website. I marinade the meat then put out all kinds of veggies and fruit--pineapple chunks, onion, mushrooms, different colors of peppers--and let the family make up their own skewers with what they like on it. Really fun and really tasty.

Seriously, these are out of this world. The first time I made them it was because I had to use up some pork (my husband doesn't like pork) and I new if it had a marinate on it, he would like it better. Even my children who are not meat eaters request this now as their favorite meal. My camping friends ask me to bring this every time to share. I pair it with the strawberry spinach salad 1 and it is unbelievable. I put green peppers on my kabobs and leave it off for the kids and hubby. I marinate all day in the fridge. You gotta try it!!

This is the best version of pork kabobs I have EVER had!! I didn't have any green pepper so I skewered mushrooms and onion with the pork and I am wishing I made extra!~ 5+++++!!! Incredible! Wouldn't change a thing to the sauce recipe. Could even be used with chicken or shrimp too. I live with a family of caterers and am always trying to impress...well my husband not only loved this recipe, but he is going to use it on some of his dishes. Excellent!
