This is a fabulous recipe. I added about a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of sesame oil to the marinade. After marinating the pork, bell pepper and onions I reduced the marinade in a small sauce pan and just before they were done on the grill I poured the sauce on and cooked for another minute or two..YUM YUM YUM

Great recipe, using ingredients I always have on hand! Didn't change a thing in the marinade (other than using fresh instead of ground ginger), but skewered the pork with onions instead of peppers due to personal preference. I make this at least 1-2 times a month!

I used a combination of peppers (red, yellow, orange & green) and added some red onion too! Very flavorful!

We didn't have the time to make kebobs and marinate the meat. So, instead, we sliced the pork very thin and sauteed it together with the sauce. We served it over rice and it was just like an Asian stir fry! Everyone went back for seconds...and thirds!

These are fun. Very different flavor but good. Remind me of chicken satay in a Thai restaurant.

FANTASTIC. Due to a last-minute invitation to a dinner party, we ended up marinading for 36 hours, but I think overnight would be just fine. This marinade transfers easily to chicken as well. I boiled then simmered the leftover marinade and used as a dipping sauce. Just delicious!!! Definitely will be making again and again.

I cant get over how this combination of ingredients make such an outstanding merinade. I used pork from center cut chops because that's what I had, it was still a tender choice of meat. I followed the recipe with no substitutions or alterations otherwise. These carmelize just beautifully as they cook on the grill due to the ingredients in the sauce. I did melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to make more liquid so it would mix better with the other ingredients. It does have a bite due to the red pepper flakes so if your tastebuds are delicate that way, you may want to cut it back a bit. I thought the balance of flavor was devine! This is going in the Grilling line up as a permanent addition at my place. My whole family gives this 5 stars.
