I love these types of pies. I had to try this one when I saw it because I love peanut butter cups and somehow it never crossed my mind to incorporate it into my ice cream pies. I have mixed in other goodies before though. I made my own Oreo crust - 2 cups crumbs mixed with 4Tbsps of melted butter and I made my own PB cups as well. It was a wonderful combination and I will definitely be making this one again. Thank you sharing your idea.
