Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons tamari sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Mix the peanut butter together in a bowl with the lemon juice, tamari sauce, garlic, and water until smooth. Stir in the celery and toss until evenly blended. Spread on your choice of sliced bread.
