I thought this was so yummy and so did everyone else who tried it! I used a graham cracker crust and seedless raspberry jam (my preference, though I'm sure strawberry is wonderful too), and it was just perfect! I also brought another dessert to the same BBQ that I'd spent SO much time, effort and money on, yet it was THIS one that got the biggest praise! Thanks for a great recipe. :)

V-E-R-Y Sweet!!!!! Even my 5 and 7 yr old didn't finish their slices. The 1st few bites are really good BUT then sugar shock sets in and you can't eat another bite of it.

I first found this recipe quite a few years back when I first started subscribing to Quick Cooking. Once I had kids and a husband that was big into peanut butter, I thought I'd try this out for a meal I invited his parents over to share. I remember his dad really loving this pie, and asking for thirds. Only thing I changed was used a graham cracker crust, because I thought it would go better with the peanut butter and jelly. Everytime I make it, it never fails to disappear.
