I first found this recipe quite a few years back when I first started subscribing to Quick Cooking. Once I had kids and a husband that was big into peanut butter, I thought I'd try this out for a meal I invited his parents over to share. I remember his dad really loving this pie, and asking for thirds.
Only thing I changed was used a graham cracker crust, because I thought it would go better with the peanut butter and jelly. Everytime I make it, it never fails to disappear.
