My dog refuses store bought biscuits, but he loves these. I baked some for holiday gifts, and apparently they came out well, because my dog is obsessing over them.

This is a fantastic recipe, the dogs went nuts over them. I added shredded apple instead of the water for flavor and moisture, as well as the addition of small amount of molasses as advised by another viewer. Made three batches so far for all my friends with canine buddies.

These were awesome - my doggie is hooked. I baked for our Italian Greyhound get together and half loved them and half didn't care for them. I think if your dog likes peanut butter, this will work for you. They were easy to bake and I used Christmas cutouts so I can give to our doggie friends. Thanks for sharing this one.

i too doubled the pumpkin i left out the salt. I don't cook with it for the bipeds in the house so why add it to dog cookies? all three terriers went nuts for them. As others have said, if you make them small cook for a shorter time. Thanks for a great dog cookie!

My dogs love it. However I did change the recipe some. I went with 1 cup of pumpkin. mixed with hand held mixer and add water as needed. I DO NOT ROLL IT OUT. Due to my carpal tunnel and other physical limitations that's not possible. SO I spread it out in a 15x11 pan, like you would cornbread. And cooked for 20 mins. Not completely dried out, but a nice consistence for my dogs. Now to see how long they last. :)

The first time I tried these the dough turned out sticky, but I baked them in a sheet pan and cut them into squares anyway. My dogs loved them so much that I'm back to try it again, although I still think I'll stick with the sheet pan method rather than the roll and cut out method :) ===== Tried these again and they still came out sticky :/ I wonder if it's because I'm using white flour instead of wheat - but either way, my dogs are so crazy for these things that I'm going to keep making them!

I made these today for my 4 girls & they all loved them! I have tried pumpkin treat/cookie recipes & they were not well received. My Corgi has a delicate stomach which contributes to very bad breath. Pumpkin is supposed to fix, or at least, improve greatly her condition. None til now have hit the mark with all 4 dogs. I did add a couple tablespoons of molasses for a little sweetener. Bon' Appitite Doggies!

My dog is alergic to wheat so I ground some oatmeal in the blender to make oat flour instead. Also doubled the pumpkin and PB as per other reviews. My dog loves 'em. Thanks
