These were delicious -- the whole pan was gone the next day. The frosting was superb and the whole recipe good as is, but next time I make them, I will make a couple of changes: (1) add something in with the peanut butter before rolling them up (powdered sugar? brown sugar? chocolate chips?) -- just the plain peanut butter was a little boring; and (2) use a sweeter dough (from a cinnamon roll recipe, perhaps). Great recipe, though, and kid-approved.

These are pretty good, however I'm not sure I would make them again. I followed the recipe exactly but I also added about 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips over the peanut butter before I rolled them up. Next time I might swap out the Peanut Butter for Nutella.

A friend suggested I try these! Well worth the effort! I made a few alterations. I split the recipe in half and let my bread machine do the work for the dough preperations. Then after rolling out the 9 x 14 rectangle, spread on the peanut butter as instructed. Then mixed 1 cup of brown sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkled it over the peanut butter. Then proceeded with the rolling up of the dough and followed the directions in the recipe. I desired a more intense coffee flavor for the frosting, so I added 1 tsp of instant coffee to the 1/2 cup of brewed coffee. Very delicious!

Delicious! Easy to make, it just takes some time waiting for the dough to rise. They are not overly sweet...perfect with a cup of coffee for a special breakfast or brunch!

I thought this recipe was great and my family loved them. I only used the filling and frosting parts fo the recipe as I was making buns and always use part of that dough for caramel rolls. My husband suggested I try something different when I was out of brown sugar so I tried these and they were great!!!!

Fabulous! These were absolutely huge and beautiful. I am not the greatest baker but I was so impressed with myself! The dough recipe is the best. I made it in my Kitchenaid mixer (easier than hand kneading) and besides the time it takes to wait twice for the dough to rise, the rest is very simple and quick. I will even use this dough again for cinnamon buns. They were so pretty and smelled so good, we were eating them before I even had time to get the icing on them! Make these rolls. You'll love them! Thanks for the recipe!
