A bit bland, and I even added some extra ingredients like shredded carrots, cilantro, etc. Still looking for that perfect asian noodle recipe.....

I made the sauce and had with with ramen noodles (w/o the seasoning packet). I would not do this again. Using ramen noodles was a mistake, they were mush and did not hold up to the sauce...it was a big (albeit yummy) mush pile. The sauce was great.....I plan to make it again with the noodles specified in the recipe. Rating just the sauce...Yum.... will make again.

Very simple and tasty sauce to serve with noodles. Glad I tried it. Might add some chicken to turn it into more of a main dish.

We love this !!! DH was so hesitant to try it because he thought it was just weird but he is hooked now! I almost always have a batch of this in the fridge for those teens that drift through our house and are looking for something quick to eat! I use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth to keep it a vegetarian dish and add 3/4 C broth instead of 1/2 C because we like the sauce a bit thinner.

Very good flavor. I used linguine and also substituted the fresh ginger with ground ginger instead. I will definitely add this to my dinner rotation. The only adjustment I'll make next time is to double the sauce, because it barely coated all of the noodles.

This is a fantastic recipe. I used spaghetti noodles because that was all I had, and it was still delicious (although I'm sure rice noodles would be the best). I used organic peanut butter (you know, with ingredients of just "peanuts" and "salt"), which I think added to it. I also substituted veggie broth for the chicken broth, as I am a vegetarian. I will have to try it with some veggies, pineapple chunks, and coconut milk next time... Overall, I was very impressed! Thanks!

I'm a college student, so cooking is always difficult, but this recipe was great. For one serving, I made half a package of Ramen noodles w/o the flavor packet, drained all but 1/2 cup of the water, and added Asian salad dressing, powdered ginger, and peanut butter to taste. Fast, and I don't have to eat the leftovers for a week!

I'm giving this recipe 4 stars as is but I made some additions to suit my taste. I added chicken (marinated in my own recipe), thinly sliced cucumber, and carrot sliced into ribbons with a veg peeler. I also used rice noodles instead of udon noodles. You can find them at most grocery stores, they're the same type of noodles you see in Pad Thai. Yummy!

Okay, but not the best I've had. I added chinese spice, hoisoin sauce, and cilantro to the sauce and then a pinch of cayenne pepper and lime zest once done. We eat lots of meat in my family, so I added pork strips to this.

This recipe is absolutly a keeper! It's probably my favorite recipe from the entire website (and I've made lots of good dishes from this site). I couldn't find chili paste so I used red curry paste and it turned out great- I will use this again next time. I also used soba noodles and added lots of steamed broccoli, carrots and red pepper. The only change I will make next time is to make MUCH MUCH more so that I can have leftovers for days! It is very good as a cold lunch!

DELICIOUS!!! I seasoned some diced chicken breasts with ginger powder and cracked pepper and sauteed it, then added it along with julienned carrots and sprinkled cilantro on top with the green onions and chopped peanuts. I personally thought it was plenty spicy with the chili pepper paste, but my husband likes his food REALLY spicy added some red pepper flakes. I also just used spaghetti. Can't wait to make this easy dish again!

Definitely easy to prepare and fast to assemble. The taste was bland for my palate, as well as for my husband's. I added a bit of sweet chili sauce on mine and it was more edible.

This was good. I added grilled chicken to it and turned it into a meal. It wasn't very spicy so next time I will probably add more red chili paste. Will definitely make again!
