I used this recipe and the cookies were great! I doubled the recipe and used 1c white sugar and 1c brown sugar and I also added 1tsp vanilla extract. I do agree with an earlier review that they need to be cooked longer...about 14 minutes worked in my oven! Will make these again and again!

Very yummy! I do add brown sugar, too, like a few other reviewers have mentioned. My family loves these! I also like to top these with mini Reese's peanut butter cups.

These cookies were like SO quick! I'm stephs daughter and I'm going to babysit soon and I'll definetly make these cookies as a small snack or bake them with the kids that I'm babysitting. It has very few ingredients but taste great! Definetly five stars!

needed to bake longer then 10 min as cookies were still really soft. I baked for 12min and then they had to set up on the backing pan for another 10 min or so as they would fall apart if you tried to move them before sitting for a bit. I used the same part qhite and part brown sugar as others suggested. Abit on the sweet side. Maybe use less sugar next time. I also added 1/2 c of flour to make the dough more firm. Good recipe for baking with the little people in the family :-) Will make again.

Fresh out of the oven, it's impossible to eat one without a glass of milk. I personally think they are better the second or third day, when they are not quite so unbearably mouth-gooey. I also found them a bit grainy from the sugar.

Excellent!!! Took the advice of those who said use 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. white sugar and I added the 1/4 c. flour. These were awesome and easy, my 20 mth old poured everything but the pb and egg and loved every second. Very easy and neat for the little ones to be able to help and delicious outcome!!!

Wow! this is really good! My husband wanted something sweet and he LOVES peanut butter, so I decided to make these. They're great and so easy! I didn't have chocolate kisses, so I used morsels. Great!!! For those who said they look undone out of the oven, it's ok! take them out, put the chocolate on top and let them sit. They turn out perfect. Do NOT bake them for more than 10 minutes. They will come together when they cool!

I followed the recipe to a T...even when doubled. I baked for the suggested 10 min. I could tell they were still doughy even on top. So I put them back in for an additional 2 minutes. I went ahead and took them out and placed the kisses on each one. However, as I pressed them down a little, I could see raw dough peeking through a little. Very disappointing, as I am/was making these for my son's bake sale tomorrow along with other treats. Anyhow, I went referenced another recipe and it suggested to placed them back in for 2 addntl minutes afterwards, so I did. The cookies were still very doughy inside when I checked with my cake tester stick. Anyhow I ended up putting them back in for another 2 minutes and then again for another 3. Now the cookies are stuck to the pan, scorched black is on the tip of the kiss and it's finally cooked all the way through...I have no idea what went wrong, but beware when making this recipe..

My sister-in-law claims these are the best cookies she's ever eaten. They are certainly the easiest I've ever made. Very, very rich but perfect for a group - who doesn't like peanut butter and chocolate?

I doubled the recipe, using 2/3 cup each white, confectioner's, and brown sugars. I rolled the unbaked balls of dough in some white sugar before baking. Baked until they just began to have little cracks in the surface. Absolutely perfect!
