I have been making these bars for about 10 years. I make these every christmas and for birthday celebrations at work. My coworkers have gotten into arguments if someone was off the day I brought them in and they missed out. I have learned to make 2 batches (in 2 separate pans) so there are plenty to go around! ps must be washed down with milk

This recipe taste so much better if you use butter instead of oil and increase the chocolate chips to 2 cups. I also stir in a cup of nuts and a splash of vanilla at the end of cooking the chocolate mixture. Baking at 325 for 25 minutes makes them less brittle/crumbly and they hold together better. They are rich.

Mmmmm! These are the best! I made exactly as the recipe says, and these are our new favorite bar cookie. I sent some to work with my husband and they disappeared as though they were going out of style! Everyone wants the recipe!

taste good. But my chocolate layer didn't set up. Our's was more like a peanut butter bar with chocolate sauce poured over it.

These are really good. Best when they are still warm. Crust is crumbly but that didnt matter. Even after they are fully cooled, u can pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and they melt in your mouth! Great recipe! My husband brought some to work and they were gone within minutes. Everyone raved about them!

5 stars! This is a great recipe for people with Gluten intolerance - just substitute the cake mix with a yellow GF cake mix and the rest is "a cake walk"! I didn't find it was too crumbly and my whole family loved it. Very easy to make - my 7th grader did most of the work!

Easy and sweet. Can't beat that. Oh, and I did add 1/4 tsp salt to the fudge.

Everyone, except my husband who hates PB, just LOVED these bars. They are crumbly but that's what I expected. I recommend these
