this is a vary good fudge it is not sweet like i like it but every one i gave it to loved it but whatever you DO NOT try to add more sugar all you will get is crumbs ouy of you pan the first time it came out grate but i like a sweeter fudge so i tryed to add more sugar one thing i would do is heat your pan just a little and then tern it off and put in the sour cream so the sugar dose not bern

I didn't get the chance to pick up a jar of Fluff for my usual PB fudge so I looked for a recipe I had the ingredients for. This one fit the bill. This odd little recipe yields one of the best peanut butter fudges I've ever had! Simple, peanut buttery and creamy. Thanks!

This was soooo good! I thought it was very sweet, even using the healthy peanut butter. I wonder if it can be made with Splenda??

I have tried a lot of peanut butter fudge recipes and this is by far the best. It is creamy, easy to make, and relativly fast compared to others. My entire extended family raved about it for weeks! :)

easy and delish. who'da thought of sour cream in pb fudge- but it was great.i even used light sour cream- and no probs there. i gave it only four stars cause i usually like it a bit sweeter. but that's my own preference- i just have a bit of a SWEET TOOTH. i think the hardest part was waiting until it reached that 238 degrees F. but, that's expected- i'm just impatient!
