WOW, so these just may be one of my favorite cookies!!!!! I did modify the recipe though. I am not a fan of reduced fat peanut butter, so i used my regular smart balance PB. I used 4 tbsp of peanut butter and only 1 tbsp of butter instead because i like to limit the amount of butter whenever possible, and because i wanted more peanut butter flavor. Also, just for kicks, i added 1 tbsp of molasses. Instead of sugar, i substituted splenda. I used 1/4c whole wheat flour and 3/4c all purpose flour. 8 minutes in the oven was perfect!!I make pb cookies often, and these are my number one thus far!!

These were so soft and chewy, I loved them! I used all natural chunky peanut butter, not reduced fat. I made these cookies into cookie sandwiches with Nutella spread between 2 cookies. (nutella is a chocolate hazelnut spread that I love with peanut butter) They were great and I'll be making them again soon.
