I used regular extra-chunky peanut butter and upped the peanut butter to a quarter cup. I also used fat free evaporated milk (to make it a little creamier but without the extra fat) and "lite" whipped topping. We really needed a sweet treat today and this fit the bill for what I had on hand and really made my three peanut butter-chocolate hounds happy. I don't even like chocolate and peanut butter but the little I had was nice. NOTE: This made four servings--not six. At least four for this family. Two for my husband and one each for the kids. ;)

Outstanding. I followed as is and it was delicious. My dad is diabetic and was hesitant to eat this because it looked like it was loaded with sugar. I didn't use the chunky peanut butter, but plain and it was very good.

I haven't tried this yet, but I do have a diabetic boyfriend whose sugar tends to run high and I use unsweetened soy milk instead of milk. It lowers the sugar count in the recipe from milk from 16 to less than 3! I do believe there is unsweetened almond and rice milks as well! I hope this has helped someone.

This was good, but waaay too sweet. I used sugar-free pudding and sugar-free cool-whip, but it was very rich. Maybe someone who has more cooking experience has suggestions.

This was a big hit among kids and adults at my Superbowl party (Go Giants!). However, I changed the recipe to 16 servings, and the recipe didn't convert accurately, so be careful if you make changes. Somehow, I had plenty of chocolate pudding, but had to make a second batch of the peanut butter mixture. The instructions still said to put the mixture into 6 parfait glasses, although I had made 16 servings. Nonetheless, it was yummy and two guests took the recipe. Enjoy!

Who can resist something that tastes like a peanut butter cup in a dish?
