I made these bars like the recipe states, except I didn't have peanut butter cups-I used about 1/2-3/4 cup each of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips instead. My family really liked them. I think the key is to go slowly(as it states in the recipe) when incorporating the peanut butter and caramel. This combines the flavors together well so the caramel tastes more like peanut butter which helps the flavors of the whole bar come together. The bars are very rich which helps control the portion size for me! :) I will make these again!

Made the recipe as stated because it sounded delicious. For some reason all of the ingredients just didn't work together and none of my girlfriends really cared for it either.

Oh my, oh my, these bars are 'to die for'! I made them for a girls night out party and we almost ate the entire pan! The only thing I changed was I did not put peanuts on top. Will make again!
