Peanut Butter Bread I

"This is a great snack bread made in the bread machine. Spread with jam or honey and serve as an after school treat. You can use your favorite style of peanut butter with this one. My favorite is extra crunchy."

Original Recipe Yield 1 - 2 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  2. This Bread can be made with the White, Rapid, or Delay bake cycles. Select one, and Start.
