Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar together. Stir in vanilla and flour, mix well. Then stir in pecans. Cover dough and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  3. Roll cookie dough into walnut sized balls and place them on an unprepared cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool slightly, then roll in confectioners' sugar.

this had a very bad texture..it was more like crumbs and i couldnt mold them into normal balls... MORE
