Fabulous dip! To ensure extremely creamy dip, make sure the milk, peanut-butter and cream-cheese are all warmed up and whipped together before adding the sugar!!!!

Yum! I did as other reviewers suggested and added extra milk to have a smooth, creamy dip. I recommend making this a day ahead as it tastes much better the next day. I took this to a party and it was cleaned out, I had many requests for the recipe.

Yum! A great smooth, creamy, peanut-buttery dip! I found that it needed a little something extra...debated between cinnamon and vanilla but went with vanilla since not everyone would love cinnamon. I was surprised by how much tastier it was with just a bit of vanilla. **I used non-fat cream cheese and evaporated milk and they worked well for this recipe. I didn't measure, just eyeballed and then added more milk to make it creamier. **Served with apples, ritz crackers, and vanilla wafers. Quick and easy!

Yes, I changed it, and yes, it was fabulous. I used around 1/3 cup of chunky peanut butter and around 1/4 cup each of brown sugar and sour cream (I used the cream cheese up earlier!). It didn't need milk. And it was AWESOME! I'm willing to admit that I ate it with a spoon. :) So good! Thanks for sharing, Kim!

This is lovely. I used Peanut Butter and Co's Cinnamon Raisin Swirl peanut butter. I think if I hadn't used it, this dip might have been a little bland. I also added just a little vanilla. Very nice. My kids and I loved it.

I made this for a baby shower. I almost didn't even bring it because I thought it tasted so weird, but some of the guests loved it. I had to add way more milk to make this dip consistency, and the dip-to-apple proportion is way out of whack. I made a half batch and it was still an enormous amount of dip. I cut up four apples and when the apples were gone, I still had most of the dip leftover.

This dip is a huge hit every time I make it. In addition to fruit, I served Cadbury chocolate dipped cookie sticks and everyone gobbled them up!

I made this for a party and everyone LOVED it and was asking me for the recipe. They couldn't believe how simple it was when I told them. I added a couple handfuls of chopped peanuts to add texture, but I'm sure it's still great without.

This is delicious. Serve with tart apples and you have a match made in heaven. The picture does not do the dip justice, it is very smooth and creamy. I have made this several times, and always bring the bowl home empty!

This is my favorite apple dip now, and it takes NO time to whip up! I love apples and peanut butter and, this is even better. I added a little extra milk to make it just a little creamier. I make the whole batch and keep it in the fridge, but it never lasts more than a day or two!

The flavor was pretty good. The dip didn't look very appetizing after sitting out for an hour or two. It wasn't the biggest hit at our party. People tasted it, asked what it was and moved on to something else. Might be a better hit with kids?

This is a WONDERFUL alternative to the artificial, full of high fructose corn syrup caramel dip you can buy at the grocery store to accompany apples. It's easy to make and tastes great. I cut the sugar in half and it was plenty sweet.

I took the advice of one the reviews and made only 1/2 the recipe - which was easy to do. I also used a hand mixer and blended all the ingredients until smooth (2-3 mintues). I made it a 2nd time and used it as a spread over cooled, fudgy brownies, put it in the freezer for a 1/2 hour, then covered it with melted chocolate - you'll need to pour and spread quickly. My family, and my boys friends thought these brownies were awesome - like a peanut butter cup brownie!

My kids love this snack (actually so do I). For the sake of healthier eating, I always use half the sugar. Agave is a good, natural substitute for the sugar too. If using it, eliminate the milk or add 1 t. at a time as needed. Thanks for sharing!

The two photos that are posted didn't look that appealing to me--too gritty looking. But I'm glad I tried it. This is a great dip. I used a hand mixer to mix mine and it was very creamy and looked nice too. I only made half a batch, and as other reviews said, it made plenty. We dipped apples, celery, pretzel crackers and vanilla waffers.
