SUBMITTED BY:
Kim Marie Van Rheenen

"Kim Marie Van Rheenen of Mendota, Illinois reports, 'At our family gatherings, I'm 'required' to serve this creamy dip - so I'm thankful it mixes up so quickly! It's especially attractive served with red and green apple wedges.'"

My mom was looking for a recipe to serve with apples and celery. I found this one for her. She brought it to a party at my house. It was great!!!! Yummy!! Leave out a little brown sugar if you want it to have a more peanut butter flavor. I'm going to start making this for parties!!!

i thought the dip was great. I would try and cut the ingredients in half, because it makes a boat load of it.I used 10 apples and a about 6 large bananas, and that would cover half of the amount of dip. I also added lemon juice to my cut fruit to keep it from browning

The best autumn dip ever. Every time I make this I'm always asked to share the recipe. The only thing I do differently is to get a lot more apples--easily 10.

Great recipe for kids. However, the peanut butter flavor is very mild. Next time I will use a little more peanut butter and a little less brown sugar. I also added a little more milk as I like my dips creamier. Just add a little at time time until you get the right consistancy. This dip goes a long way, there is enough for way more apples than stated. Thank you for a new way to get my son to eat healthier snacks.

I am not a fan of peanut butter, and only eat it in cookies. But this is so good! My super picky 3 year old has been scarfing down apples, when he usually won't touch most fruit or veggies.

Amazing Recipe!!! I added just a bit more milk to help things combine a little easier and be a bit creamier. Great with apples and we also tried honey wheat pretzels. Definately makes more dip than could ever be used with 3 apples.

I made this for my 5 & 2 year old to take to school for their Valentine's day treat with sliced apples and celery. I followed the recipe exactly and it was great! All the teachers loved it and asked for the recipe. I was lucky enough to have a little left to bring to work this morning, and all of my co-workers are loving it too. The recipe is so simple to make and a great treat. I think next time I make it I might throw in a little cinnamon.

I brought this to a house warming party and it was very popular!!! People kept trying to guess what was in it!! I switched the recipe a little by using non-fat cream cheese and reduced fat peanut butter and it was just as good!!
