I really enjoyed this recipe. I agree with the first review that it needed a little "zing" so I added some lemon zest. Super good summer salad! Thanks!

I thought it needed a little "zing" so I added 1/4 c. finely chopped sweet onion and 1 tsp. curry powder to the dressing. Fabulous!
