The salad is great, and the dressing even better! I followed this one exactly and it was perfect.

A refreshingly different salad that's pretty too. I left out the cucumber because it didn't seem to "match." I also used Bulgarian cheese instead of feta. And to cut the fat and make the dressing more creamy, I used 1/4 c. oil (more than enough) and 1 c. low fat sour cream.

I made NO changes to the recipe. I made it as listed, right down to the fresh peach. The dressing was simple to make, but took a bit of shaking to combine the ingredients. It paired nicely with the sweet fruit, the raw onion and the salty creamy feta. This was excellent as is, and when I tossed slivered almonds into the leftovers the next day, that was excellent too.

This review is all about the dressing, because it can be used with any sort of salad with fruit, whether it’s peaches, strawberries, blueberries, apple, or any combination. I made this recipe as written, except I omitted the cucumbers as we’re not big fans. I used a combination of red leaf lettuce and some fresh spinach that needed to be used up. The dressing is very good – not overly sweet at all, as some poppy seed dressings can be. Give this a try – you won’t be disappointed.

One of the very best salads I have ever had. I left the feta cheese out because it is high in saturated fat, and I used those yummy Dole sliced peaches in the plastic container with the blue lid (24.5 oz) b/c peaches aren't in season this time of year (tip: rinse before using--it gets all the syrup off). The only other change I made was to use store-bought poppy seed dressing :) because I had it on hand. Delicious! It goes in my recipe scrapbook! :)

I added blueberries and made a vinaigrette dressing minus the sour cream and poppy seeds, very good! It was a hit with my family.

This is wonderful!! I made it w/strawberries and the first night it was too sweet for my husband(although I loved it) but the next night, after the flavors blended more, he really liked it. I made the dressing, with the feta added, a day ahead for an Easter Brunch. It was a huge hit.

I made this recipe for a dinner party. I added strawberries to it because fresh peaches are out of season here right now, and put it in fresh spring greens and just drizzled the dressing over the top. It was EXCELLENT!! Every bit was eaten and they were asking for the recipe! The dressing really makes much more than you need for this salad!

What a great combination. I served it to a large group of moms...everyone wanted the recipe! I had to use frozen peaches instead of fresh because it's not the right season up here in MN but it still worked wonderfully. Thanks!
