I took the previous reviewer's hint on blending the cream cheese into the batter, but now they are just peach bran muffins. A little plain, but they used up some items I had in the fridge.

I was a little skeptical making a recipe without any reviews, these were ok but need some adjustments. I will make these again but definately beat the cream cheese into the batter, biting into a bitter chunk of cream cheese really wakes up the tasters. I will also add some brown sugar and increase cinnamon as these were kind of blah. After I make these again I will be back:)
