This yummy cobbler uses canned instead of fresh peaches, and there 's nary a difference. The light and airy biscuit batter goes in the pan first, followed by the peaches. It bakes up bubbly and delicious and is grand with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Too Easy Peach Cobbler

When fresh peaches hit the farm stand, this is the dessert to try. Fresh peaches are sliced and arranged in an 8x8-inch pan and covered with a layer of white bread. A sweet butter and egg mixture is poured over the top, and then this yummy concoction bakes until it becomes a golden, delicious cobbler.

This is an open-faced peach pie that begs to be served with great spoonfuls of ice cream. Sliced peaches are piled into a prepared crust, slathered with a sweet buttery concoction, and baked until the crust browns and the peaches are tender and glistening.

Try using different varieties of peach and see if you find a favorite. Butter is melted in a large 9x13-inch casserole and the sliced, sugared peaches are arranged in the bottom. Sweet baking powder batter is spooned over the top, and the casserole is baked until the cobbler is bubbly and golden.
