This recipe was given to me by a good friend in Hawaii. She always uses fresh pineapple, the end product is delicious. Very yummy served with ice cream or whipped cream as an accompaniment.

This is a gorgeous moist and gooey coffee cake! Use any type of fresh or frozen fruit, or combination of 2 fruits. Peach, cherry, blackberry and/or red raspberry are some of the best. The deep baking pan is required due to the bubbling caramel sauce and the height of the cake. Every time I serve it I get rave reviews!

This recipe was given to me by one of my best friends. Cooked apples, peach, apricot, pear or papaya slices could be used instead of pineapples, or a mixture of two fruits like pineapple and papaya.

Bottoms up and there's the topping! No need to make frosting. The Cake's ready as soon as it pops out of the oven. Use 8 to 12 cherries and walnuts depending on how many servings you want.

A lemony cake is baked over scrumptious blueberries in a springform pan. Invert the cake so that the blueberries are on top! Serve warm with fresh whipped cream.
