Peach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine peaches, ice cream, soy milk and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

very tasty and refreshing. I had this for breakfast with a muffin and I wasn't hungry for lunch for 5 hours!

This was satisfactory but I didn't think it was fabulous. I would suggest adding ice and more ice cream to make it thicker and make sure it is blended well.

tasty delight. used regular milk instead of soy. i do like strawberry-banana better though.
