This is a very flavorful pie, it tastes great! The problem is that it has no praline flavor to it whatsoever. I'm from South Lousiana, and I couldn't find any of the praline flavor at all. I have to agree with the other reviewers.

This pie is the perfect Peach pie! Not too sweet and the tapioca keeps it all together. I've made it 3 times now.

I used more brown sugar, almonds and Kashi crunch cereal in the topping for this. It was sweet and crunchy. I always use my mother's pat-in-the pan pie crust, flaky and delicious! This was a winner with fresh summer peaches!!

This pie is really nice, but not exactly the "praline" I was looking for. I added some lemon zest to the peach mixture to bring out fresh fruit flavour and decreased the white sugar a bit. I will make this again, all my guests enjoyed it.
