I used country ribs & about 1/2 the amt of veg oil. These were good but not a favorite. With the country ribs, you def need to have the extra dipping sauce or you don't get the sauce flavor at all(obviously because there's more meat:) Not sure if I'd make them again but glad I tried them!

These were very good – a little different! I made half the recipe (which was plenty) for one rack of baby back ribs that I had already cooked and frozen. Grilled them and basted with sauce the last 5-10 minutes. I put a little sesame oil in the sauce, rather than the sesame seeds. I used my emersion blender to mix this up right in the bowl, which makes this a breeze to put together. Honestly I didn’t get a lot of peach flavor, so if I make this again I will cut back on the soy sauce to see if that helps. I can’t say these will replace our favorite ribs, but it was good and fun to try!

Very tasty! I put Penzeys Chicago steak rub on the ribs before cooking, otherwise followed the recipe as written. My family loved the ribs.
