Great recipe! I used frozen peaches. I think fresh peaches might have been better.

I followed this recipe exact. Which sometimes is hard for me to do:)! My husband really enjoys peach cobbler. Said this was one of the best things I have ever made! Thanks for posting it!

I used 3 peaches for this recipe; but 2 large ones would be plenty. Added a very small amount of orange juice to the cobbler dough instead of orange peel. I will be making this one again!

The peaches were on special so I bought two ripe ones today for the lady I work for. She asked me to make a cobbler for her and am so thankful to have found this recipe. It was perfect for the two of us and with some left. I didn't give it 5 stars because I think it was a bit runny and the top part wasn't enough. It could be my fault, though. I will alter the recipe the next time. Anyway, thank you for the recipe. I will make it again soon.

I scaled it for 6 servings. My family loved it. The grated orange peel gives it "that something special."

I think this recipe is good for 3 people. I used frozen mixed berries instead of peaches because that's all I had on hand. This recipe is wonderfully versatile. However, I felt that the topping was not bready enough to make it really cobblery.

I have made this about four times because my family is crazy about it. The good news is you don't have to limit yourself to peaches. I have also made it with blueberries and raspberries. I just added about a teaspoon of extra corn starch for the berries because they can be watery. I skipped both the orange peel and lemon because I didn't have any, but it was still scrumptious! Loved it.

This was wonderful! It's so nice to be able to make a recipe for 2 people. I needed to bake it for about 33 minutes for it to brown.

I make this with fresh apples and add a splash of nutmeg and coriander. And just use lemon for all.
