Oh my, what a good good good recipe. I needed a recipe that used can peaches and found a winner. It is also such a pretty dish after it is baked. The crust has the most delicous chewy and crispy and soft (all at the same time...haha) texture. After baking this, I doubt I will ever attempt a fresh one...why? It is just that good!

DELISH! I did use a 28 oz. can of peaches and kept all the other ingredients at the same measurements that they are currently. YUMMM! Very easy. I also added a bit of cinnamon on top of the peaches, then on top of the top layer as well. (I just did it to taste maybe a teaspoon or so)**Editing since making several times. I have found that is does not make a difference in flavor if I do not separate out 1/4 C. of the juice. I put it all in the pot when boiling and use a slotted spoon to spoon it out in the baking dish, so all of the juice doesn't go in, but plenty does. I have started putting cinnamon in the flour mix (instead of in the peaches as I mentioned before) and on top of the layers right before putting in the oven, I do this to taste. If you need to double this I would get a 28 oz. can and the size it calls for originally in the recipe, and double the rest of everything else. I put it in a 9x13 pan. It was still done in about the same amount of time.

I was not impressed by this recipe. I used fresh, homegrown peaches and it still didn't taste like it should. There was just something missing. The "doughy" part of the cobbler didn't taste as good as it could have.

This recipe was great! We were having company over so I had my husband make this cause I was making the meal. It was easy enough for him to make and it tasted very good. I think I will have him make this one again!

Very good ~ I used fresh peaches and for the 1/4 cup liquid, I used pineapple juice & thickened it w/ a little cornstarch. Turned out beautifully. I lost my old peach cobbler recipe so I was very happy to have found this one.

This had a good taste, but I didn't like the crust, it was too cake-like for me. I am looking for a recipe with a crunchy crust.

This wasn't bad... very simple and easy to make. I would have added a whole large can of peaches and maybe a little less butter in the bottom. Not bad flavour though.

I needed something quick and delicious for a Church Potluck. I would add another can of peaches with the same 1/4 cup of juice (no additional). Everyone loved the Cobbler and I was able to make it and get myself and 3 children ready within 1 hour :)

This is a fantastic recipe and easy! I have tried this recipe with peaches, blackberries and apples (with a little brown sugar and cinnamon) and it is scrumptious with whatever fruit I choose! A coworker of my husbands is even offering to pay me to make a pan for him, but my husband says if I make it, HE is eating it. :) Maybe a gift for Christmas. . .

This is the first time I have made a cobbler and it came out perfect. I made it with fresh peaches and the flavour was wonderful. I also added cinnamon and nutmeg for added flavor. Much easier than making a pie with the same great taste!

I have found this dessert to be a hit. I do love the ease of preparation. Every one of my guests have just raved about the splendid taste. I have doubled the recipe putting in 2 29oz cans of peaches and a 15oz can and it was wonderful. Enjoy!!

Wonderful! I didn't have my proportions quite right (didn't have enough peaches) so it was a bit runny- but no one complained! It's best warm and with some vanilla ice cream

mmmmm....i added some ginger and cinnamon to the fruit (also doubled the fruit). Reduced the sugar and added vanilla to batter. just sprinked a bit of brown sugar on top of the peaches. next time would cut down on the butter a bit too...but this was so good!
