I fried up some maple bacon, let it cool, scrunch it up into small pieces and add to this dish..... adds alot of flavor.

This is a great salad! Just the right amount of crunch, and the flavors blend so well. I am making it for Thanksgiving.

Felt this salad was bland. Needs something else but haven't figured out yet what that could be. Sorry, but wouldn't make it again.

I had some fresh CSA peas and radishes, and this was the perfect recipe to use them up. I subbed water chestnuts for celery, and diced bread-and-butter pickles for relish. I also added some edamame, and instead of mayo, I mixed together olive oil and white wine vinegar. I really liked the creaminess of the cheese and boiled egg, and the radish added great flavor and crunch. An easy, delicious one-dish meal!

This is a very good salad. I don't like radishes or sweet relish. But don't leave out any veggies. It is a great blend. The cheese balances it perfectly. You can decrease the mayo some and substitute with milk. Thank you!!

I made this pea salad last night for dinner and got rave reviews on it! I omitted the radishes because I didn't have any on hand but, it was just delicious without them. Thanks so much!

For some reason I was craving a pea salad that I had once in KY. This is the perfect recipe and fixed my 21week pregnancy craving! Thank you! I didn't change anything, just used light Mayo since that's all I use. I took it to a bbq luncheon and it was a hit, I have leftovers. YUM!!!!

Good salad. My husband, who is not a salad fan, enjoyed this one. I left out the radishes (don't like them). Also cut the mayo by about half - otherwise the mayo taste would have been too much, I think. Because of the lesser amount of mayo, the consistency was very "thick" so I added a little milk to thin it a bit. We sprinkled (faux) bacon bits on our individual portions just before eating, which added a nice contrast to the sweetness of the peas. Will make again.

Great crunchy salad! I already had shredded Cheddar, so I used that instead of cubed. I sliced the radishes a bit thicker. I remember in other salads with radishes, if I sliced them too thin they became transparent and didn't keep their crunch. Liked the idea of the relish in it. I love salads like this that are "heartier" and this sure rises to the top. Thank you!
