I was very pleased how this pea salad turned out. With so few ingredients I was somewhat hesitant to try it but it is very good. The easier the better for me.

I thought this was a very good recipe. The only change I made was a splash or two of red wine vinegar in place of the prepared mustard and I used red onion. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great recipe. Simple and delicious as is, and a breeze to adapt. I left out the mustard; substituted a dollop of sour cream for some of the mayo and added a few dashes of chipotle tobasco sauce for some zing. I also added a can of red kidney beans to bulk it up a bit. So yummy!

This is a good recipe but I suggest adding to it. It is a bit bland if you don't. I fried up pepper bacon and crumbled it into the salad. It was very good.

This was a typical cold pea salad. I used diced up cojack cheese instead of shredded cheddar. I think this tasted a bit bland and needed a "kick." Next time instead of mayo, I think I will use Ranch dressing.

I also added craisins for a sweet kick. It's a great touch!

Made this everyday at the cafe for years. Use frozen peas only!!Canned tastes tinney and mushy. I always added some hard boiled eggs to mine.I also used small diced cheddar cheese and I never used mustard. I used entire bag of frozen peas, add amount of ingredients to your taste.

This recipe reminds me of childhood. I usually get the urge to make it in the early spring. I don't use the mustard and I use cubed chunks of sharp cheddar cheese instead of shredded cheese (I also use a bit more). Yum!

This is a good pea salad recipe. I added a boiled egg to mine but otherwise followed the recipe. I will use this again.

Wonderful recipe. I didn't use mustard but it was excellent without it. So simple yet delicious.

Much like my Gamommy's, I love the addition of mustard, but could use a little more cheese. Sure does not make much :)
