Pea salad is the ONLY way I'll eat peas! Love this recipe for it's simplicity! Made it exactly as written and it was a hit with the family.

Very good! I added about 1 tsp. of dill weed and a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor. My sister adds a diced apple and bacon bits too. Thanks for sharing!

My grandma always made this and I loved it as a kid. She didn't use mustard but she added diced sweet pickle. Delish!

I've used a similar recipe before and its delicious, like my Grandma makes. I like to add peanuts, and put the cheese in cubed rather than shredded. Also, I'd say its good without onion too and with some salt/pepper or other seasonings.

I have used this recipe and enjoy the frozen peas. I also use cubed cheddar, chopped celery or celery salt if I'm out of celery.

This is a great way to use the peas from my garden. I used 2 cups of shelled peas and blanched them for 3 minutes. Then dropped immediately in ice water. Drained, added the rest of the ingredients, but used a tablespoon of Grey Poupon to kick it up a notch. Will definitely make this again.
