So yummy! I mixed the almond extract into the meringue (just before adding the sugar) then used cool whip as a shortcut instead of whipping cream (I don't have a mixer so my wrist was already sore from beating the eggs!). I also made 5-6 mini-size instead of one big one. So easy, fun, and delicious!
