So yummy! I mixed the almond extract into the meringue (just before adding the sugar) then used cool whip as a shortcut instead of whipping cream (I don't have a mixer so my wrist was already sore from beating the eggs!). I also made 5-6 mini-size instead of one big one. So easy, fun, and delicious!

This is by far the best dessert ever. The crunchie of the pavlova with the creamy almond flavoured whipped cream combined with the sweet/sour of the fruit. Taste, texture and visually PERFECT
