I really enjoyed this!!! The tang from the lemon zest was very enjoyable and refreshing. It is time consuming though. I have been asked to make it several times.

I made this exactly as written. Even though it was not a bad taste, it did not really impress me either. I actually liked it better once it had thawed completely and it was the texture of yogurt with fruit. I will probably not make this again.

This recipe looks better than it tastes. The red, white, and blue color make it perfect for an Independence Day celebration. And there's nothing wrong with the flavor. It's good, but not great. When frozen, the consistency is partly reminiscent of ice crystals, which may be refreshing, but not particularly appetizing. In fairness, I must say that I have never been a huge fan of marshmallows. The fresh fruit and undercurrent of lemon is great. I used raspberries in place of strawberries. As one other reviewer noted, vanilla yogurt may be a better choice than plain. It's at least worth trying.

Delicious, left out the pecans but added coconut. Also added blackberries. Very easy... For less attractive serving - just stir all together and pour into pan.

This is very good and pleasing to the eye. Net time however I may use Vanilla Yogurt as others suggested. and BTW, it keeps quite well in the freezer.

I made this for 4th of July and it was awesome! I recommend eating it when it's still super cold - then it almost has a popsicle consistancy. It's sooo yummy!

I thought this was really good! I did make a couple of changes, though I feel the recipe would be worth 5 stars regardless. I used vanilla yogurt (because that's what I had, and I like things a bit sweeter) and didn't have any grated lemon peel, so I left that out. I love pecans, but because of a family member's nut allergy, opted to leave them out; I think I would've enjoyed it more WITH the nuts, but it was still wonderful without. I used a medley of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, and used quite a bit more than the recipe called for...couldn't hurt. My only recommendation is, I needed it to sit out for much longer than 15-20 minutes before serving it...mine was out close to 30 minutes, I popped in the microwave to defrost for a bit, and my fruit was STILL a bit frozen...no one seemed to mind though. All in all, a great recipe; thanks for sharing. :)
