Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9x13
 

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs for 10 minutes or until fluffy. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and combine.
  3. Add flour and cinnamon and mix in.
  4. Add milk and flavorings and mix well.
  5. Spoon batter into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 320 degrees F (140 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool, then frost or serve.
