This recipe has been passed down in my husband's family since the mid-sixties! If they aren't made at Easter and Christmas, there is going to be trouble!

this recipe came from a better homes and gardens christmas cookie edition. in the book they are called pastel cream wafers. i made last year for a party and everyone loved these cookies.
