Left out the pasta. Used a pound of ground hot sausage. Kale and turnip greens for my greens. Cannelini for the beans. Added a can of diced tomato(14oz.) with juice, and a chopped green pepper with the O and G. I could not stop eating this!!

I use vegetable broth and omitted the sausage to make this vegetarian. I sometimes add a pinch of crushed red pepper, but it is fine without that, too.

This was super fast and super easy & it tasted good. I used veg broth instead of chicken broth and omitted the beans because of our personal taste.

I used Italian Chicken Sausage instead of pork to cut calories, and a frozen mixture of kale, collard greens and mustard greens (found in Whole Foods) to add nutritional value. I also added in Italian seasoning, fresh cracked pepper, and some serrache (chili sauce) to spice things up. I also used whole grain pasta to add more nutritional valua. It was delicious!

Delicious!! I made it more soupy by adding more than 1 cup of chicken stock.

We really liked this. I omitted the pasta & used spinach. Also, I used the full roll of sausage which was 12 oz. Next time I think I will add more broth, I liked it kind of soupy.

Made just as directed and it was great. To change it up the next time I omitted the pasta, used 1 lb. of sausage sliced, two can of beans and two bags of escarole. A dash of red pepper flakes and you're all set.

We loved this one! The only change I had to make was a bunch of baby Collard Greens chopped pretty small instead of escarole/spinach. I had them from our CSA share and they needed to be used. Those who made it and thought it was bland might try a different sausage. I used a chicken basil Italian sausage. This was so good I know I’ll be making it again and again. Thanks for sharing!
