Pasta with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic, and saute for a few minutes. Stir in walnuts, and saute for several more minutes.
  3. Drain pasta, and divide into 2 plates. Top with saute and blue cheese.
