Super Shrimp and Veggie Pasta Salad

This is an adaptation of my Mom's recipe. A very colorful salad that's great any time of the year. I've also substituted frozen shrimp for canned on occasion, depending on availability.

Zucchini and yellow bell peppers are grilled ahead of time and combined with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese. I leave the Dijon dressing on the side and toss it at the picnic, just before serving.
