Instead of getting this together before dinner, I throw the sausage, sliced pepper and onions in the crockpot on low, and pour a jar of spaghetti sauce over all. The sausage comes out so tender, and all I have to do in the evening is boil some pasta. You add seasoning according to your family's taste. So easy and so good.

Decent. Not too flavourful. I recommend a very good homemade pasta sauce and flavourful natural sausages or veggie sausages.

This was amazing! I made it the first time for some guests and with just smelling it cooking they couldn't wait to eat it. There were NO leftovers!!! I think i will try the shredded parmesan or romano cheese topping next time but other than that I would not change a thing. I've made it several times and it never gets old. So quick and simple you can't go wrong.

This dish is fantastic!!!!! I like things a little on the spice side so I added red pepper flakes to the peppers and I used olive oil intead regular cooking oil. LOVE this recipe.

i adored this recipe, it was tasty and super easy to make. it was very colorful and everyone who tried it loved it! this goes great with oven baked sourdough bread with light butter
