This turned out great. I threw in whatever veggies I had - yellow squash, zuch., mushrooms, red onion, and alot of garlic. I left out the tomatoes and added white wine. It's a great recipe to play with - thanks!

My Daughter-in-law made this recipe last week with fresh veggies and it was absolutely delicious. I now have a copy and will be making it for my husband and I tonight for dinner.

I used bowtie pasta and turkey kielbasa. Turned out to be a hearty meal with the kielbasa. If I make this dish again, I'll be sure to use more red pepper.

Simple and amazingly tasty! Instead of bullion cubes I used vegetarian "chicken" stock powder from our local Natural Food Co-op (in Sacramento, California), and chicken sausages from Trader Joe's. I also used all organic veggies, including tomatoes from our garden. Perfect!

My husband said this was better than any restraunt pasta dish he has ever had. I even reduced the olive oil by more than half and it turned out perfect. The sausage gives it a great flavor....I did however use the sweet Italian turkey sausage because I could not find spicy

This was a great recipe. The children really enjoyed it. I made a few changes due to not having all the vegetables on hand. I used spinach, a whole onion, red pepper, and black beans. I followed the rest of the directions as listed.

My family loved this dish. We had only a little bit leftover and that was gone the next day. An extra plus is that it reheats well. I did end up changing a few things to accomodate what I had on hand. I used broccoli, green pepper, and snap peas. Also used canned diced tomatoes. Think next time I make it, I might add some tomato sauce to it. Can't wait to make it again!! :)---UPDATE: I've made this twice since then, each time I've needed to use different veggies and wow! each time is better!! I went ahead and added tomato sauce, and I absolutely love it! My entire family loves this recipe! Thanks

This was really good - I followed recipe exactly except used less oil which you can totally do with success. Served with some balsamic vinegar sprinkled on the noodles. YUM!

Good, healthy recipe, but I made a few changes. I used smoked sausage, canned tomatoes (to make it more saucy), and asparagus instead of the bell pepper. I also added a bit of chix broth instead of the granules - I can't have MSG and it is hard to find granules without it. I will def. make this again - I love that it has so many veggies and is a 1 pot meal. I might cook a little less as the veggies were a bit mushy.
