This is a recipe my mom came up with when we were snowed in. Serve it hot or cold. Use flavored feta to add some extra seasoning to your dish.

This fun salad has two dressings - Italian and creamy Caesar. And with the exception of some diced bell pepper and onion, it 's all pasta. Serves twelve.

Cook the pasta, combine with sweet peas and a bit of chopped onion, and spoon on mayonnaise and a dash of hot sauce.

This quick and easy salad can be served as a side dish or a main course. I suggest serving it with sliced apple, sweet gherkins, or cornichons. Nice bread and a glass of white wine wouldn't hurt either!

Penne pasta has great company in this robust salad that is hearty enough to serve as an entree. Tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, sweet onion and black olives are tossed with the pasta and an herbed oil and lemon juice dressing.

This is such a pretty salad - mixed veggies, tri-color pasta, and pea pods. The dressing is a zesty Italian, and there 's lots of Parmesan cheese tossed in. It 's chilled overnight and makes a lot.

A quick delicious Indian-style curry with spinach, chick peas, onions, and/or whatever veggies you have. I have added cauliflower, potatoes, and sweet potatoes to this recipe in the past. All were very good. Serve with nan, pita or rice if desired.

This is a hearty salad that everyone will love and fill their plates with seconds. Pepperoni, black and green olives, tomatoes, ham, and lots of mozzarella cheese. Combine all of the above with cooked pasta and a zesty Italian dressing, and you have a meal.
