Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, tomato, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta. Serve topped with cheese.
