My family gobbled this up! Very yummy...the only change I made was added lemon pepper to the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Very moist and delish. Thanks for the recipe!

This was very good-- gave some flavor to a bland, white fish!

This was so quick & excellent with a touch of salt & pepper & fresh parsley to the breading. Also, I used only 1/4 cup of egg substitute & half the bread mixture. It came out crispy on the edges & very flavorful. It is now the FAVORITE orange roughy recipe over my stuffed one!

Ok...this is wonderful! Since I am cooking for 2...I am using 3 filets so there was plenty of good protein...I reduced the amount of bread crumbs. My hubby loved it. This is perfectly delicious. Thanks

This is a good base. However, it needs a little more flavor. Next time, I will onoion powder, garlice powder, cajun anything to punch it up. Will make this again with some adjustments.

This was delicious, and very easy. The only comment I have is that there was way too much breadcrumb/egg mixture. I will probably double the fish next time.

Recipe was very easy and very good. We substituted Tilapia for Orange Roughy - recommended b/c of the Orange Roughy slow life cycle (lifespan over 100 years).

I thought this was very simple, and very good...but I added some cajun seasoning to the cheese and crumb mixture to give it some zing, and a little yellow mustard and a bit of salt to the egg/milk mixture. I used white fish, lemon fish for this since that is what i had on hand...I suggest broiling the fist for the last 3 minutes or so, to nicely brown the top.

Very good recipe. I used Tilapia fillets of equivilent size and it came out wonderfully, since Tilapia is also a light tasting fish. I recommend using seasoned bread crumbs (or seasoning them yourself), also, lightly season the fish (salt, pepper, dill weed- optional) before dipping in milk mixture.

I love fish and am always looking for new recipes. This was delicious with orange roughy. I'm sure other types of fish would work well with this recipe. Thank you for sharing your recipe Laura. It was a winner.

Changes: * Made it with Tilapia fish fillets. * Did not use milk. * Dusted fish in flour before dipping in whisked egg. * Tastes better than fried.
