Based on the list of ingredients, I thought this was going to taste better than it did. Somewhat flavorless. While it was edible, I am not apt to make this again. Thank you for letting me try!

This was awesome! I ate almost the whole thing in one sitting. I put it on toast with butter....i know it sounds weird but it was yummy!

so good! Served this with parmesan breaded chicken and it was a huge hit! Also added garlic while sauteeing mushrooms.

I used these mushrooms on top of some fettucine alfredo. Although they were good, I will not make these guys again. I would rather just have sauteed mushrooms.

I did as the others suggested, added 3 cloves garlic, 3 green onions with sauted mushrooms. Served it on top of beef filet and it was awesome. My husband raved, raved, and raved.

I, too, thought this was great. Added garlic like one of the other reviewers and served over pasta. Terrific for a meatless entree and I'm sure we'd love it as a side dish as well.

I made this for my husband tonight and he loved it. He said that if he'd ordered this at a restaurant, we'd go back so he could get some more. I used low fat sour cream, and served it over whole wheat pasta.

Oh-my-god. These were so good! I sauteed two small shallots and two garlic cloves before I added the mushrooms. Then, since I didn't have fresh basil, I sprinkled dried basil over the entire thing before baking. I kept interupting my husband during dinner saying, "Tell me again how good my mushrooms are!" These were awesome, I even used fat frees our cream and they were amazing. Had with steak and then ate the leftovers over rice with some peas. It is like a stroganoff flavour with the added awesome of the parmesan. Will definitely make again!

Very very good, quick and easy. I made this for dinner for myself one night when I had fed the triplets something else. I put it over pasta (as of reciently I am not able to eat tomatoes and I have been looking for something to put on my pasta). It was wonderful and full of flavor. Definately a keeper.

Wow, this is easy and delicioius. I also topped spaghetti one night with it, because my kid doesn't like mushrooms, so I made this and just added onto the top and it was awesome.
