Came out great! I did add garlic powder, adobo, and bread crumbs to the parmesan cheese mixture. Also seasoned my chicken ( I always do) w/ paprika, salt & onion powder. But overall it was wonderful. Will definitely be making again. *Thanks for the recipe*

4 stars for the the simplicity of the recipe. Nothing spectacular, but it filled the craving for Parmesan Chicken when I didn't have bread-crumbs, and using just cheese and spices gave it a biting taste!

This is a very good and tasty chicken dish. I used skinless chicken breasts and added garlic powder to the cheese before coating. The hubby liked it too!

I made this chicken last night and it was great very juicey and the family loved it. I think it will definately become part of our rotation. I did follow some of the other recommendations of boiling the chicken first and adding bread crumbs to the parmesan. Everything was great thanks!

Very good and easy to prepare. I added the bread crumbs as others suggested and used it on skinless breast. This also works well as a coating for fried chicken.

This recipe was great, although I did follow some of the other users' advice, and added some dried basil, dried oregano, and bread crumbs to the cheese mix. I also coated the drumsticks in flour before the egg--as per another user's advice--but next time, I would omit the flour, because it turned out just slighty too floury.

I thought this was just ok. I used some breadcrumb as well, but I found that it didn't get very brown and crispy on the chicken. I don't think I will make this again.

My family thought this was the bomb -- in a good way. I added a handful of Italian breadcrumbs, and a dash of salt and pepper as suggested by others. Freshly grated Parm adds to the saltiness. So easy and had good flavor. Had it with seasoned rice and a veggie. When you're in a hurry and have to act like you thought about dinner, make this.

The first time, I made this, it was WAY to spicky with a tsp. of pepper, especially for my son. I took out the pepper the next time and added a tsp of Italian seasoning. My whole family loved it! Easy to put together and throw in the oven!

This was really good and so simple! Made as is just added alittle garlic powder. I soaked the chicken, thanks to the reviewer that suggested that. It will be a family favorite.

Very good recipe! I added an Italian seasoned bread crumbs to the cheese and a dash of seasoning salt. It came out super-tasty but I think next time I will try it on bonless/skinless breasts.

I didnt have the pepper, so I left it out. And I added like 3 teaspoons of water in the eggs. It came out GREAT. But I boiled it in water first so the inside was partly cooked. My first time cooking something other then cake and it tasted great! Will make again~
