it's ok...but bland. couldn't taste the parmesan, seemed like a waste. After reading other reviews that said it was bland, I added creole seasoning and it still was...not delicious like I had hoped. With men that love to fish, I'll keep looking for a delicious way to cook it other than fried.

I love this recipe and it was so easy to make the I just popped it in the oven and did a load of laundry. Although I used whole milk instead of fat-free, and I also added a teaspoon of lemon pepper in the egg and milk mixture. It turned out great!

Made it and it was great. I even made homemade mashed potatoes with it too. great tasting. I didn't use the cornmeal or paprika, still great.

If you're going to follow the recipe to the "T" then I don't suggest you try it. There is not much flavor. It's very bland.

I thought it was kinda bland, but I don't think I cooked the catfish long enough- only the edges got crispy.

Absolutely yummy. This has become a family staple! It's so easy to make and so much healthier than fried catfish.

I used the whole egg and whole milk instead, added spices for more flavor, fried it instead of baking it, and it came out great!
