These were good but I added a couple of extra seasonings as others had suggested. I think these taste basically like a breakfast potato you might get at a restaurant. With that being said I made them for dinner with Tammy's Tangy Pork Chops (also on this list and VERY yummy) nd they did not seem to go together but stull quite good.

We found this a tiny bit bland. Added salt and pepper and they were better but I probably won't make my potatoes this way again.

These were very simple and fast to put together on a weeknight. They didn't have a lot of flavor though and need more seasoning. It's a good start though and easy to personalize adding your own creative touches.

As a recipe, this isn't. As a use for leftovers, this is. But I agree, bland. Toss the potatoes with any combinations of herbs you like, but do not forget the salt and pepper. I gave it five stars for the use of paprika...most cooks think it is something to sprinkle over something else for color. it's good for that, but this recipe could potentially give a GOOD paprika a starring role if baked.

I didn't have cooked potatoes so I just diced some peeled potatoes up and cooked them in some canola oil. Paprika added a nice flavor.

awesome recipe! only thing I did differently was diced some onions and threw them in there with the potatoes. I used adobo, crushed red peppers, and hot sauce (we like spicy food!) and they were the best potatoes everrrrr. yummm. would definitely recommend. :)

I actually meant to take a photo of them, but I ate them too fast. I'm a college student and made the recipe just for me as a test for when I have company. My cooking skills are minimal, but that's changing. I'm a fan of spice so I added a few things to it and they turned out delicious. I'll definitely be making more when I have guests!

As the recipe is, I would give it 3 stars. But with some added seasoning as previous reviewers suggested, it would be 4 stars. Needs something besides paprika...at least some salt!
