Excellent flavor. I thought they were a little salty so I might cut back on the garlic salt, but otherwise an excellent recipe.

We used nonfat sour cream. And we just used the stovetop, not the broiler. DELICIOUS!

These were DELICIOUS! I made them almost exactly as written. I didn't measure the spices that I sprinkled on the pork chops, but I tried to eyeball them. Otherwise, I followed the directions exactly. We will definitely be making these again and again!

Tried these last night and they were excellent! I really liked how the boneless pork chops stayed juicy. Ingredients are strange (as noted in another review) but oh so tasty when combined in this recipe! Try it! You'll like it!

Unusual combination of ingredients, that actual come together nicely. Worked well with pork loin chops. Make extra kraut mixture for topping.
