Delicious! I've been making sandwiches with tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella for a while, but I never thought of adding balsamic vinegar. Brought it up to a whole new level! I know I'll be eating a lot of these this summer!

Very delicious and easy to make! I actually threw in some grilled chicken to make it a little more filling and it was delicious. I also subbed the basil for spinach :P

A good meatless Monday meal. Very tasty. Took the suggestion from another poster to mix 1/4 olive oil, 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder. I also used a George Foreman grille. Will definitely make again.

I made this with prosciutto for a heartier sandwich. mixing a little parmesan cheese is key. I've made it stove top with two heated skillets or with a panini press. Flawless every time.

Made this exactly as instructed except on sliced french bread rather than a whole roll to lower the carb count a little... Yummy to the max!!!

Simple and easy, with all of my favorite flavors for summertime. Using quality bred and a good mozzarella will make all the difference. Thanks for the recipe!

YUM! I used a whole wheat greek pita, and replaced the mozza cheese with gouda, put it on the george foreman grill, and voila, delicious lunch!
