6 slices pancetta, cut into small strips
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 head cabbage, finely shredded
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste (optional)
This is a good recipe - I didn't have red onion so I used white onion. A nice change of pace for cabbage using the soy and the pepper sauce.
