Vegetable cooking spray
red pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups
V8 V-Fusion® Peach Mango Juice
mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
cracked black pepper
fresh baby spinach
chopped fresh cilantro leaves
cooked regular brown rice
This is a very good recipe. My husband really enjoyed it. The only thing I added was some crushed red pepper flakes because it balanced out the sweetness of the honey and mango!! I used basmati rice with ground tumeric for color, and topped with roasted almond slices....
I followed this recipe just as it was written and the result was not that great. The sauce was too sweet for my taste. It seemed like it was missing something...
