1st time using/eating polenta - wasn't bad. As for the recipe, next time I'll sear both sides- it wasn't crispy enough for us. Also, it took about 8 min. for polenta to be light golden brown (maybe I didn't have heat high enough - I always burn stuff so was cautious). Also, it needed something else - definitely use fresh parm. cheese. I used the canister kind & it lacked something.
